Estimator - ref. RF/02/08
Must have a good understanding of cost, value and quality applied to engineered components and experience of either estimating or value engineering at product level. Must be PC literate with word, excel, MS project.
Production Engineer - ref. PE/02/08
This role requires an in depth knowledge of CNC machining and programming using CAD/CAM packages. Experience in the design of fixtures and fittings are also essential as well an aptitude for basic mechanical processes.
Production Operators ref. PO/NW/0907
These roles involve manual dexterity and an aptitude for mechanical work including the understanding of basic mechanical processes and basic assembly. Attention to detail and the ability to work to instruction/drawing as well as the flexibility to be able to meet changing requirements within the business.
Assembly/Fitters ref. ASS/NW/0907
This role requires previous experience in mechanical assembly or fitting and attention to detail. The ability to work to instruction/drawing as well as the flexibility to be able to meet changing requirements within the business would also be advantageous.
CNC setter/operator/programmer ref. CNC/AP/0907
Experience in programming (especially in manual edits), setting and operating CNC milling machines (3 or 5 axis) using Fanuc or Heidenhain controls, and working with small batch prototype work and tooling.
Turret Press setter/operators ref. TP/AP/0907
Experience in setting and operating an AMADA turret press (punch press).
